Specific cut for onion in the form of 1 cm cubes. When the dice are smaller, it is called ciselé. Once the bulb is peeled, it is cut in half to obtain a straight base. Then cut, starting from the upper end, horizontal slices 1 cm thick. Then they are cut in the same way, vertical slices. 1 cm. cubes are obtained.
