Bavaroise

Also known as bavarois, it is a light, airy and creamy French dessert. It is made with crème anglaise (a mixture of milk, egg yolks and sugar), to which gelatin is added for firmness and whipped cream for lightness.

The dessert can be flavored with a variety of ingredients such as chocolate, fruit, coffee, among others, and is often chilled in a mold before being unmolded and served. It is similar to a mousse, but with a firmer texture thanks to the gelatin. This preparation can be an elegant and sophisticated dessert when well prepared.
