Ingredientes
2 large cucumbers, peeled and diced or grated (seeded)
500 ml natural yogurt without sugar
Fresh mint or coriander cut in chiffonade (thin strips)
1 c.c. teaspoon ground cumin
1 pinch of cayenne
Salt and black pepper to taste
Pasos
- Place the grated cucumber in a colander and press with the back of a spoon to remove excess liquid.
- In a bowl, add the yogurt, spices and herbs. Mix well.
- Let cool in the refrigerator.
Notas
- You can toast the ground cumin in a hot frying pan without oil for one minute to enhance its flavor before adding it to the mixture.
