minutesGet ready to enjoy your breakfasts or snacks this summer with this fresh and healthy chocolate shake. This recipe is ideal for two people, but if there are four of you, you only have to double the quantities of the ingredients.
Do not feel guilty about eating chocolate because this shake is very complete as it will provide you with proteins, carbohydrates and good fats for your body. Besides, it is a vegan recipe and I assure you that you will love it.

Ingredientes
600 ml of cold almond drink
1 Ripe banana
2 Pitted dates
1 c.s. large spoonful of peanut cream
1 c.c. teaspoon coconut oil
1 c.p. tablespoon of 100% cocoa powder
Pasos
- In a blender, place all the ingredients.
- Blend at maximum speed for 1 minute to make sure everything is well blended. If there are still lumps, you can blend for an additional half minute.
- Serve immediately.

- It is ideal that the almond drink is very cold before preparing the smoothie. If it is not cold, you can add one large ice cube or 4 small ones. Remove and ready.
